T O P I C R E V I E WSun_ScorpionAnyone have them? Tried them? I love the idea of trying out different coloured eyes! I dont need contacts or anything, but I was wondering what people think of them. Are they uncomfortable? Im pretty sensitive, so worry Ide be really aware I was wearing them...The strangest thing I saw was a friend of a friend who had hazel eyes, and decided to wear blue contacts, and when we were outside in the bright sunshine, you could see a rim of brown around the pupil inside the contact because her pupil had constricted so much you could see the natural iris. Weird!!! Anyways, any help or tips would be appreciated! Mystic GeminiI remember I got a pair years ago. They were green and so beautifulThey are made to contrict the pupils. Gives it more of a natural look.I'd say go for it but carry the little case with you always and rewetting drops.------------------Gemini sun, Cancer rising, mercury in Gemini, moon in Taurus *29, venus in Taurus, mars in Libra*´¨) ¸.·´¸.·*´¨) ¸.·*¨) (¸.·´ (¸.·´ * Lost in the peace of serenity Blind my eyes I cannot see Lost my soul but found my heart Again a time, when I shall startYangI have entertained the thought of having them..perhaps in the future I will try them.I say go for it, as long as they don't hurt your eyes!Gemini NymphI really like the color of my eyes - grey-blue. But I like how colored contacts look in my eyes too. I probably would have some if I had money to spend on stuff like that. But since I have to wear glasses, and my glasses last time cost me $400 I don't have much room in my budget for things like that.fayte.mColored contacts are cool! Sears and some other places were selling(I think they still do) ones that were like cat eyes and alien eyes and weird colors. I know alot of people with the regular colored ones. They really like them. But like you said...sometimes the color of their iris peeks out. I cannot wear them or glasses only hard contacts because of really very bad vision. Some people have trouble geting used to even soft contacts. If you can touch your eye wihout flinching you should not have any problems putting them in or removing them.Even if they feel awful..it will only feel that way for a few hours or days usually. The gas perm/hards and the old fashioned hards took 2 or more weeks to adjust to.Also I think for non rescription ones they run under $100 a pair. But of course you still might need a fitting and exam, for an extra cost.Sun_ScorpionHmmm.. Ill have to think about it! I didnt realise they were pretty expensive either lol. Thanks for the help everyone!!
